Sydney Springfield, Amanda Doyle, Dawson, and Cunningham will all be immediate impact players. That group itself will keep this program in the top ten for the next 4 years, even Claire Weinberger is VERY good.

They can't all be "immediate impact" players. There simply aren't enough spots for them all to. Beth has said Serrett & Sanchez are the middle infield of the future. It's only a matter of time before she replaces Connie permanently. Dawson will move to OF from the likes of it. Springfield is the only one coming in without current competition for her position.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a transfer in at 3B or C, as well as 1 or 2 players transfer out for PT somewhere else.
