Had ASI for homeowner's, and I stuck with ASI for landlord. Price dropped a couple hundred for the annual premium.

That's odd I have a premium notice on my desk for a rental property in MS from State Farm.

Rental Policy Special Form
Dwelling $82,000
Dwelling Ext. (other structures) 8,290
Personal Property 4,145
Business Liability 300,000/600,000
Medical Pay to Others 1,000
Deductible 1,000
Annual Premium 451

Had a tornado claim on this property in 2014. State Farm paid no problems inc. $3000 to get a tree of the fence and 1 week of lost rent due to power being out at the home. The house power line was pulled from the weather head and TVA main power line was laying across the driveway. Total claim was about 10,000.
