I'm on my own and my wife and two kids are on hers.
Me: $0 premiums, $1500 deductible, $3000 out of pocket, hsa plan (no co-pays, 10% coinsurance).
Family: $80/month, $4000 deductible, $6600 out of pocket, hsa plan (no copay, no coinsurance).
We are very fortunate with insurance.

~325/month. Family. No deductible. Low Copays. And pretty much everything is covered 100%. Only downfall is forced Home Delivery on pharmaceuticals. Although it's not much more or less expensive than using a pharmacy.
