Solid... I'm thinking of buying whatever fish looks the best at the Rouse's in the CBD this afternoon.
Any suggestions on something easy to do with the fish? Sides?
Also I don't cook so I'm leaving that up to her. I'm just going to buy a bundle of stuff and tell her have fun.

Like I said, if you're doing fish, en papillote is very easy and feels fancy/special.

I do this one with different white fishes a good bit. All you need is some parchment paper/parchment envelopes. You don't need to follow a recipe. Just throw some shite in there with the fish. White wine, butter, capers, lemon, tomatoes, onion/shallot, garlic, etc. .. whatever you want.
