Yes, I sell process pumps and equipment. I would have a job even if ONG didn't exist and times are good for now (Sasol and Ineos expansions) but the pipeline for 2017 is getting scary empty and not what I'm used to seeing...

Sales dropped by 40% between 2014 and 2015.

No real change that we can identify yet but I expect a huge jump very soon.

Absolutely not.

I work in engineering consulting for construction, mostly commercial. Historically, Q4 has always been our slowest quarter. This past Q4 was our most profitable quarter of the company's history. We are in desperate need of more engineers, but all these baws want to go work in industrial because the pay is slightly better, despite the fact that jobs, especially entry level ones, are slim in industrial right now.

You can't teach people basic intelligence.
