Remember the last time we lost a guard for the season due to knee surgery?

Ben is a jump shot away from making Ingram being second guessed the #1 pick a joke. Thus team helped Tyreke's jump shot I'm sure they can fix Ben's.

I would pick Ben first but his jump shot is much worse than Tyreke's was. There's no way to have confidence when he pulls up.

How about Blake? He couldn't do anything but dunk now he's money from mid range.

Good thing Simmons would be a big man we can teach and not a guard that needs to rely on perimeter shooting only

He's a pure post player too. Ben is likes having the ball on the perimeter. No question that his shot will get better but I don't think he will ever have a respectable 3 point shot

i agree, but he doesn't need a 3 pointer..... he needs to be able to play the block and hit the mid range J.... that's it.... get to the rim, as much as possible, but make them respect you from outside of 5 ft. from the basket

That's very possible for him to do. The point that I started with is you can fix a guy like tyreke's shot and make him an average 3 point shooter but Ben will never have that in his game. That's the only reason why Ingram is getting any 1.1 consideration is because he can be an all around scorer in the NBA. I would rather Ben although we have no shot of getting the first pick.

If the Saints hate LSU, what makes you think the Pels are any different?

Lebron didn't become an okayish 3 pt shooter until his 8th or 9th season. Ben will be fine.

That's not true LINK he always shot in the high .200 to mid .300. He had 1 good season shooting 3's and shot .400.

NBA league average for 3p% is around 35%
Posted on 2/10/16 at 1:15 pm to GynoSandberg
And he did that in his second year. He did start shouting more 3's later but it's not like he was shaq from the 3 point line until he was 25

Lebron could shoot the ball much better than Ben ever will be able to shoot. I am a big fan of Simmons at the collegiate level but don't think he will live up to his hype in the pros. He is too slow, fat, and short.
