He would rather dab than get them ready for the biggest game of their career? 
dud, the biggest game of those guys career was 2 weeks before that against AZ, before that the biggest game was the game against SEA. I'd say he did ok getting his guys ready for those games. You don't show up until he finally loses one. GTFO 17-1 season and you show up after he finally loses a game as proof that he isn't a leader. It's like someone showing up In a thread after the Warriors finally losing a game and saying that they are no good. It makes you look like a fool.

Print the shirts then. 17-1. Regular season champs. That all that matters then. They should do a parade for them. He almost lost the Division Game when they had a 31 point lead and failed to score in the second half. Shitty leader to not get some points in the second half. Hey if you want to settle for second place that is your right. If Cam just wants to be a great regular season QB, that is his right too.
