His leadership is proven by his teams results. If a team is 1-15 and their qb takes the blame for losses does that make him a better leader than cam who puts his team on his back to a 15-1 regular season and wins the MVP? Use your brain. Taking responsibility for failures is one part of being a leader. It doesn't define a leader. The results define who is a leader. 15-1 defines cam.

I guess Troy Aikmen was a shitty leader then. Use your brain. You do realize Peyton X Manning was 3-13 his rookie year and 13-3 the next year right? So far my brain is working better than yours bc those 2 QBs run circles around Cam
