I'm worried that Markieff Morris or Tobias Harris meet their needs just as much. Might not be enough contract meat on the Ryno bone to get the pick without plenty protections.

The more I read about the looming offseason, lots of people are thinking that this Tobias Harris method could be the future with the rapidly expanding cap.
Forget the straight up sign and trade. Not good enough.
Sign Ryno to the deal he wants, then trade him a few months later.
Sign and trade? maybe get a 2nd.
Sign and wait, and trade? maybe get a 1st.
