What sliders and level do you use for Madden 16?

I have found different ones online but I am checking here to see what yall got. My buddies and I play realistic so any sliders you have for that kind of play would be appreciated. Thanks!

All-Pro, no adjustment on the sliders when I play standard mode. Not sure if that's the most accurate, but that's what I went with.

All madden with the speed threshold turned all the way down.
