I recently watched Scott's highlights at the Offense-Defense All-American game and was sold.
Scott in the RIGHT offense (spread/shotgun) could be very dangerous. The kid can make the throws and turn something from nothing very quickly. If we put this kid under center and expect NFL throws from start 1 he's doomed though.

He's really built like Rohan Davey, just a little shorter, looks great on film...
