The problem for all of the QBs where a big part of their success is their feet is that just like RBs, that aspect of their game WILL......and WILL ALWAYS degrade.
Most QBs are really starting to hit their stride as they approach 30 because their passing ability and knowledge of pass defense has grown so much. And, they never really relied on their feet in the first place.
With QBs who are "good" passers but are only GREAT QBs because of their feet, it turns into a sliding scale. They get better at passing, but their feet desert them.
The moment Vick had to rely primarily on his passing, he became mediocre.
The moment RG3 could no longer kill you with his feet, he became mediocre.
This is going to continue to be a challenge for QBs who rely on their feet to be "great". Cam can pass. But, if he was a slow as Brady, he would be an exceedingly mediocre QB. That's just reality.
