Man there are some ruffled jimmies in this thread. If it's legal, go for it. If it needs to be regulated more than that, talk to the DW&F.
Me personally I probably wouldn't keep anything bigger than about 3-3.5#, but hey it's a free country. Plus I don't catch many fish over that size.
