I've always had a fast metabolism. There are pros and cons to it, so not complaining but it is a hurdle for me.

I'm 5'11" currently 158 lbs. BMI last it was checked is at 15.2%.

I wish I could not gain weight at 3k per day and your weight!!

Are you still doing lots of running?

Wow missed this part. Slowly up your protein to 2x bw and carbs to 200. Then as needed add a tablespoon of olive oil or mct oil to your shakes. Start slow on the oil or your arse will be leaking like a damn faucet.
