They would be dumbasses to make significant changes to a team that is currently 44-4, on pace to go 75-7 and beat the all-time NBA record by 3 games, and coming off of an NBA title.
You are either getting better, or falling behind. Durant woukd take them to levels just unseen.

I don't know. People tend to overestimate how effective a super team will be. They have to work extra hard - more so than teams with just one star - to jell together, open each other up and maximize their effectiveness, otherwise they are just substituting shots for one another and not increasing their percentages that much. Only one player can have the ball at a time and you only get one shot per possession.

But is trading solid depth for a scorer when you are already the best offense team (maybe ever) actually getting better?
3 elite players + top 5 bench > 4 elite players and a shite bench imo.
As stated previously, leaving only ~30 mil in capspace to fill the remaining 11 roster spots would mean that the replacement player when one of your elite player inevitably goes down with injury is a total scrub.
Warriors would have to give up players that don't light up the box score, but are undeniably significant factors to their success.

That's highly doubtful.
They would be much more likely to not fit as well as the team did previously, and would get worse.
