ya, i said it, but you take it out of context.

my goal when i grill a steak is to grill the best steak possible, not to have pretty grill marks. Sure most of the time they end up with grill marks, but only rednecks attempt to have the perfect grill marks( or brag about them like you did in the other thread). C'mon baw.

so because i pay attention as i turn my steaks that makes me 'bragging' about grill marks?


eta its not rocket science to rotate your steak 45 degrees so you've got a nice pattern

I can see your position, but I can't understand why it's redneck. What if it's just ignorant?

Don't you like your steaks well done? Seems like you'd have plenty of time to get pretty grill marks on there.
