I frequently cook for lots of people. I'm not gonna modify a big pot just because someone doesn't like garlic, or okra, or something else.

I'll just tell them there isn't any of that in there. They'll eat it and tell me how good it is without ever knowing. People Just think they don't like something most of the time.


And yes, I have had guests (usually in high school or college or whatnot) who "only eat organic" or "vegan" or what have you.


They never know and ask for seconds.

did they specifically tell you to serve them only organic? or do they only eat organic when they buy/cook it?

So you'll lie about it? Why not just sat sorry, that's how I cook it, there's a Burger King right down the road if you don't like it? All you're proving is not not much of a host or friend.
