I've literally never met anyone that has come to my house and asked for my food to meet any of these requirements.

And I'm pretty confident you haven't either.

I frequently cook for lots of people. I'm not gonna modify a big pot just because someone doesn't like garlic, or okra, or something else.

I'll just tell them there isn't any of that in there. They'll eat it and tell me how good it is without ever knowing. People Just think they don't like something most of the time.


And yes, I have had guests (usually in high school or college or whatnot) who "only eat organic" or "vegan" or what have you.


They never know and ask for seconds.
