You do realize some people do have gluten allergies. I've known a few that had legitimate gluten allergies.

Yeah, dummy, and the vast majority of disgusting fat bodies are from overeating, despite the tiny, tiny percentage of people that have actual thyroid issues.
So .4% of people have a wheat allergy. Yet in the lily-white suburbs of Spokane, Washington, roughly 50% of the soccer moms and their daughters claim to need a gluten-free diet.
The OP isn't talking about legit medical cases.
