All 7 of New England's Pro Bowlers will miss the game due to injuries

Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski, Jamie Collins, Chandler Jones, Malcolm Butler, Stephen Gostkowski and Matthew Slater will all miss the Pro Bowl due to a variety of injuries.

This team probably would be playing in two weeks if not for all the injuries they sustained throughout the season. I don't think a single person on that offense was 100% when they played in Denver on Sunday.
Once again, it just goes to show you the greatness that is Bill Belichick and Tom Brady for even being in position to get back to the Super Bowl.

It's like the Patriots are like "Hey everybody, here's our excuse. Sincerely, a bunch of punk arse sore loser bitches who live in and around pussy-arse Boston!"

Oh , this is the time of night where I can see like an owl. Sniffed out your hook rather easily, boh...try again

I totally agree. It's amazing how much hate the patriots get. Their organization is the definition of excellence. I'm a die hard Saints fan but I can still admire what they have accomplished through the years. I cheer for them to win every week except when they play the Saints. Nothing but respect to the Patriots!

I know the point you're trying to make OP, but this is what makes the Pro Bowl the biggest joke of all time. You have half of the players "unable" to play. It's almost ridiculous they even play the game.

In other words, The Broncos really beat the shite out of them.

That's nothing. All 10 of the Panthers will miss the game b/c of the Super Bowl they're playing in.

I'm sure they would be healthy enough to play in the Super Bowl if they were in it, but a $53,000 check and no contract incentive isn't worth it.
Also, it's probably a way to snub the NFL after last year.

I have a sneaking suspicion that those guys might not really be hurt.

How would they be playing in two weeks if they can't even suit up for a few plays in a Pro Bowl?
So they would all be out for the Super Bowl?
This is just Pats B.S.
All would have been healthy for the Super Bowl...but suddenly they're all unhealthy for the Pro Bowl.
They have been doing it for years. Organizational frick you NFL...we do what we want and don't give back to the fans.
They cheat, lie and steal but can't give back to the fans?
I don't know why Robert Kraft owns Goodell. When did Kraft become the tsar of the NFL?

If the Denver Broncos beat the frick out of them that bad, imagine what Carolina would be doing on February 7th. It'd get ugly. Carolina's offense AND defense are punishing.

It's football. Injuries happen.
They lost. Get over it

I don't understand why some of you are up in arms about this.
There is little doubt that some of these players are likely banged up and it is not their way of throwing excuses out there. Of course, if New England was going to the Super Bowl, these guys would be going out there, at less than 100% like everyone else, and giving it their all.
Its become clear that the Pro Bowl is a giant clown car. Why would they go into a meaningless game and risk further injury? Rob Gronkowski, for example, has been public about his knees. Can you blame him? Defenders hit him low each time. He missed some time during the season due to a knee injury and has a lingering back issue.
ETA: that being said, I have no idea why Gostowkski isn't playing...

Brady, Gronk, Jones, and Slater are all injured and all but Brady have missed snaps.
Jamie Collins hasn't really been 100% since that virus halfway through the season.
Butler and Gostkowski have a hurt butt about losing.
