No, but when you can recruit the best players and offer only them scholarships, it becomes one. Add in that they have no district, and it's clearly an advantage.

Which schools are offering athletic scholarships? It's against the LHSAA guidelines, so they should be turned in. If the LHSAA is not enforcing the rules in its rulebook, the public schools should be upset with the LHSAA.

Huh? That best player is still paying the same as the public guy.
