I am getting either a kayak or a creek boat from the link below. Would prefer to buy a cheap used kayak, but most I find are still $500 or more. Which would you get?

Those look neat. It probably depends on what you need it for. Also, trolling motor=registration.

That's a nice looking boat. It would nice to use in the Mosquito Lagoon area of Florida.

I have a trailered skiff but, the boat ramps are so darned hard to get into. They are either a mud hole where you have to back your truck deep into salt water of the paved ramp that is crowded with a holes with large boats. Neither is easy to do.

The real question is what types of waters are you going to use it in most and for what purposes? Also trolling motor or no trolling motor?

Thanks for this. Was looking a solo skiff. This is a pretty good deal.

I am guessing they are roto mold?

I will be getting one to duck hunt out of next season as well. Check out NuCanoe and the mallard marine line up which is very similar to the creek boats that you mentioned.
to all the OB'ers with all their knowledge.
