SMH. There isn't a trophy for recruiting classes !!!!! Great coaches know they can develope players. Miles needs to worry more about getting out of the West cellar.

I don't know why not. TD claims that LSU recruits itself, and any coach who would have replaced Miles would get the same recruits as he does, and coached them up to levels they could only reach with said unknown head coach.

There's a video they show visiting recruits. Its a hype video like 10 mins long. Its shown only in the Lawton room. Its AMAZING! The entire video has a miles locker room speech playing in the background. It made ME want to play for Les Miles. I guarantee you that video has something to do with it, its incredible. I wish they would release it to the public.

If LSU replaces him with Jimbo or someone who a top flight QB was going to follow, we would have been fine. Maybe even better.

We wouldn't be #1; I think some of our recruiting success right now is an emotional shift because of all the drama (We're reaping the positive side of it now that we've taken the negative knocks)
You're crazy though if you think LSU wouldn't field a top 25 recruiting class regardless of who's coaching c'mon. Do our fans really think so low of our football team that they don't consider us a top 25 program?
