Scott is legit. He's in no way a different style than Haskins. He can legitimately throw the rock around. If Scott was 6'2" he'd be a top 10 qb in this class easily and maybe even top 5. At the camp, Cam basically ignored him and spent 90% of his time working with Franks. Honestly, Franks was not very impressive there outside of having the strongest arm by a good amount.

I'm not saying he's not legit. I think he's a terrific player. That being said, do you honestly see him being used as a QB here?

Scott looks to be about 5'"9. Way too small to play SEC qb.

What is the knock on him? Is it just his height? What else? Our problem with QB has been between the ears. I wouldn't mind a guy who is willing to wait his turn and learn the offense. If that is Scott, then why not offer if he has the basic skills to play at this level?
