If I was one of the people making a decision on this matter I would have to see evidence rather than a bold claim about schools ending their programs. In other words, proof, not words.

The only money brought in from the Baton Rouge schools is from the private schools gates. Same with NOLA for the most part. If you take away that money those programs who are already poor are going to lose the only income stream they have.
