How many titles would Bobby have if he got to play a championship game every year he had 1 loss?

Not a valid argument. From 1992 onward his team had a chance to play for the national championship under the Bowl Coalition, the Bowl Alliance, and the Bowl Championship Series.

1987: Lost to Miami, Miami and Oklahoma both were undefeated and played for all the marbles in the Orange Bowl
1988: Lost to Miami 31-0. If anything, Miami had earned a re-match game against Notre Dame for the title
1992: Lost to Miami. Both Miami and Alabama finished undefeated and played for all the marbles in the Sugar Bowl
1993: Won the national championship
1994: Lost to Miami and tied Florida. Penn State and Nebraska finished undefeated and would have played each other if the Big Ten and the Pac 10 had participated in the Bowl Coalition
1996: Lost to Florida in the national championship
1997: Lost to Florida. Michigan and Nebraska finished undefeated and would have played each other if the Big Ten and the Pac 10 participated in the Bowl Alliance

So your answer is zero.

You completely missed the point.

A one loser season is a one loss season. Is it truly better just because you got lucky that there weren't two undefeated teams? No, it isn't. For example, Auburn went undefeated in 2004. Lsu won the championship in 2007 with 2 losses. It is clearly a better coaching job in 2004 but no title. That was my point.

What is all this mumbo jumbo

FSU finished with 1 loss in the regular season in 80 88 87 97 and 92 and didn't get to play for a championship, they finished undefeated in 79 and didn't play for a championship either.

Satan finished the regular season with 1 loss 08 11 12 14 15 and got to play for a title every time except 08
