It isn't legal to smoke, is it? I thought that stuff was marketed as something else.

Aren't they all marketed as potpourri or others as bath salts (I know thats another level)? Aren't all users of these ingesting or using them in a manner not "intended"? I know nobody is actually bathing in "bath salts" used in head shops or burning potpourri sold there as potpourri. Like someone huffing paint or keyboard cleaner? Its a legal substance, but not legal to use in that manner
