I agree that results are a good indicator of leadership. When you lead a team to the Finals and can knock off an all time great like lebron and dominate the series all the while being the dominant defensive force in the league..well that's indicative of leadership. When your team is expected to make the playoffs and you're sitting at 12 wins after almost half the season and your performance has fallen off, well that's an indicator of a lack of leadership.
