i think he stays and becomes the legendary coach at LSU by which all others after will be judged.

If Carr had resigned last year and let's say for the hell of it - Greg Schiano had been hired to coach Michigan, I'd agree with you.
Unfortunately, Les is history.
There will be a new HC at LSU. There may also be a new DC as well as a new OC.
I hope that these changes bring to LSU the guy you mention in your post above, but it won't be Miles IMO.
