Agrippa was to Augustus as Bismarck was to Wilhelm. That said part of being a great leader is surrounding yourself with great help.
Augustus was shrewd and knew how to use his strengths and mask his weaknesses and was a very successful leader and a major reason Rome became the Empire it did.
