“Huge. These are probably the three biggest recruiting weekends of the entire calendar,” said Shea Dixon, recruiting reporter for Geaux247, the 247Sports’ site covering LSU. “LSU wants to finish with the No. 1 class. They’ve got about 10 spots to fill. They may have double-digit recruits in every single weekend. This is probably that time where all hands are on deck.”

Glad to see OLB Jeffrey McCulloch (Aldine Davis, Tx.) on the 10 most wanted list. Hope Les and O go for him hard. He's too good to lose to freaking Texas. Wish they'd go for 5* safety Brandon Jones too.

I just heard Mike Scarborough say on the radio he expects 25 and it depends on who that 26th would be as to whether or not we oversign.

I'm not saying you or the article you linked are wrong - just that the situation is evolving and, at the end of these classes - like most years, we won't know until we know.
We are taking fewer and fewer chances on academic head cases, that's for sure.

Ten More? Add 27 to the 65 or 66 still on scholarship. If it totals 85 fine. If not, how are we going to sign ten more?
