re: TDBL.....Keepers due March 1st, slow draft begins March 6th

Remember we use a lottery for nonplayoff teams to determine draft order. Here is the ball distribution:

Also, rondo's (Thomas) team was missing 3 picks - rounds 3, 4, 5. I traded a 2, 3 and a 5 from PCTs (MWG) team to rondo's (Thomas) team to help balance out the picks on the inherited teams. I was going to do two 5s, but since Thomas inherited the lower draft slot but not the good players, I gave him one of the extra 2s instead of the 5.
