I stopped eating at Hymel's in Convent because they started serving that shite. They get it for dirt cheap and serve it to these old folks who don't know any better.
The worst is when I go to the Gulf Coast beach communities and they advertise it as a special and charge 18 or 20 bucks for it to unsuspecting tourists who think it's some fancy saltwater delicacy

I would say about 90% of the restaurants in Gulf Shores/OB/Perdido Key serve some sort of the "white fish" variety
