Just wanted to drop a little note real quick. LSU has not slowed down one bit on Rashan Gary. It is safe to assume that Michigan and Ole Miss are indeed his top two right now, but LSU may not be far behind. Coach O has obviously made this kid a priority, as he always does with the nation's best, and his focus has been getting him on campus with his mother for one last visit the final weekend before NSD.

If he is able to lure him to Baton Rouge on that date, things could get very interesting. If not, I see him going to Michigan or Ole Miss. Not sure what info regarding this matter has hit this board, just wanted to pass this along.

Hard to imagine Ole Miss is even really in it with him considering what happened to his mother there

Me personally I feel like O is trying to get that last visit like you say and just waiting in the weeds on this one. Waiting to get him on campus and have the momentum going into signing day

If we get that last visit all bets are off. If we don't then he's gonna go to Michigan. I don't think he goes to ole miss. We just gotta get another visit so we can be more fresh in their minds

Hoping Coach O pulls Gary like he did with Arden Key last year.

Did Hamm give you this information?

His update was nothing more than finally catching up to my news that LSU offered and have been in contact. Flagging off Quote ReplyQuote

Are they gonna be receptive to in-home visits after the dead period? Dave Aranda seems like the type that would make a great impression on Gary and his mom.

Just curious but hasn't he been on campus a couple times already? If he has, why would making another visit have that much of an impact on his decision?

What in the world has happened to make top players even put Ole Miss in the same breath as Michigan and LSU? Their two best teams EVER haven't even won an SEC West title.
