Is there anyway to get out of these tickets?

There is, only if you post a pic of your wife

Dont pay.
Just dont park that car on the street for the rest of your life or youll get booted.

I got one in BR about a month ago. Money is due in January. I am leaning towards not paying it.

Bench warrant will be issued.

Depends on where you live I think. In most places camera generated tickets are considered civil fines not traffic violations. So it doesn't hit your driving record or generate points etc.
Ive gotten a few over the years and never paid one. On one I got in California in a rental car, I got a letter a couple of times but threw it away. (and Ive since been back and rented cars again for business with no hassles.)

I don't think this is correct

like the 1st responder says, don't pay it...
for future reference, if it's a right on red camera and you catch the flash, just come to a complete stop and hold for a cpl seconds before resuming your trek.
somebody usually reviews the clips, they'll noticed you held prior to moving on and should dump the ticket
so you'll never see that one
tripping the camera early has to be quite common

True. I have several and I just use private lots. Careful though, even if you park legally on the street, they have vans that scan license plates and they will boot you. That's what a friend told me at least.

I can see where this can be a problem in NOLA where there is a large area of street parking. But what about Baton Rouge? Can they only really enforce this (booting cars) downtown?

If you're that worried about it, quit being a tightwad and pony up the $100.
I view traffic fines like I do credit card payments, sure you can not pay it off or just the minimum, but in the long run you're going to pay more/cause more of a headache to yourself.

Just sayin', homie
I think that refers to tickets that are actually written and given to you by human beings, not cameras.
