We could definitely use Reath this year

Yeah, I was hoping we weren't just getting another Odo, a foul machine with waffle irons for hands. While I haven't seen Reath on tape, his stats would indicate that he's more skilled than Odo was.

With Simmons gone next year is going to be so rough. I dont know how we will rebound the ball. Victor needs to get more active there and we still cant rely on ER III to play more than about 15-20 minutes in a game.

The sad part is Odo was considered a big time rebounder/shot blocker coming out of JUCO. Averaged liked 14 boards and 5 blocks a game.

Reath is seeming more and more interesting to me as a prospect. 8-16 from 3, not bad at all. Good overall stats. I'd definitely like to see his film

I'd like Reath to put on about 30 lbs. I'm sick of these 6'9"+ skinny guys.
I want a 6'9" Bridgewater

Does anyone else find it funny that Reath is 50% from three but 62% from the free throw line.

67% FG. 50% 3 pt. but only 62% from the ft line

We have a 6'9 Bridgewater, actually a 7 foot Bridgewater. ER III put on a lot of weight after he lost all that weight.

He doesn't have nearly the athleticism or skill IMO. Elbert is just big dude and not a great basketball player.

I was thinking Victor is more like to a 6'9 Bridgewater type. He was sorely missed in the early season

Yeah, I just wish Victor had some more muscle mass as well and he'd be more effective against teams with big post players.
Guy is aggressive down low, but he isn't going to out-muscle other bigs around the basket.

Probably true, but he's very quick, I could see him causing a lot f turnovers vs big men. Thankfully not many true big men are being developed in college presently. Helps us tremendously

I'm still holding out hope for Robinson. He's a very good passer out of the post, and has been since day one. He's shown a couple flashes that he's gaining some moves and coordination. I just don't understand the absolute lack of rebounding from him.

I think it a combination of a lack of aggressiveness as well as athleticism. I hope I'm wrong on the latter, toughness and aggression can be developed

Problem I see with Robinson is that he has bricks for hands and has zero hops. Dude can barely dunk at being 7'. Dude his size should be getting at least 10 boards and 3 to 5 blocks a game.

I just added stats for Skylar Mays. I don't think the others will be as easy to find. Hopefully U-High has someone that updates MaxPreps for them to get Sims' stats. I don't even know where to start for the Hayward kid.

It's on maxpreps, I don't know how to link it, but he's averaging 11ppg at 68% shooting on a team loaded with elite juniors
Nvm I see you have it linked

If Quarterman and Blakeney go pro we will be really bad next year.
Hornsby, Quarterman, Blakeney, and Gray all gone would be not good for our guards, especially since we'll lose Simmons.
Really need Epps to keep progressing.
