Just got a couple tickets

Improper tint & improper/no tags
Officer pulled me over. I rolled all 4 windows down as soon as I saw the lights. I asked why I was being pulled over. He said for illegal tint... Ok. He never made me roll my windows up and never tested the tint. So, he comes back with 2 tickets. One for the tint and one for my "improper tag". My truck is 2 weeks old and still has the temp tag which I believe is good for 60 days?
I can contest these tickets right?

So you have illegal tint and want to contest a ticket for illegal tint?

Was your tag displayed in the back window behind that dark tint?
If so then it's likely for improper display of the plate.

The tint is probably illegal. I didn't get it done so idk the %. But neither does he. Cops are capable of writing tint tickets based on judgement? He only saw the back of my truck and maybe the sides in the curves.
The tag is located where the plate would normaly be. Dealership placed it there. He said something about it didn't pull up...? Didn't explain much just told me to call the number on the ticket.
It's no biggie I'll pay the tint ticket but ill challenge both considering I got popped with 2 tickets while driving the speed limit and driving safely, and I'm pissed how it was handled. I'm driving safely, polite to the officer, and do all the things needed to make him feel comfortable (windows down, hands on steering wheel, slow actions when grabbing for my registration) and the guy still treats me like a hardened criminal. Plus the improper tag seems like complete bullshite.

Cop must have been having a bad day - back windows can be as dark as you want, fronts have to be within a certain limit - temp tags are good through the expiration date - both tickets sound bogus

Expiration date is 2-16 the tag is legible.

Tint is for all windows in Mississippi. You can contest the tag if it was displayed properly, but you're going to probably pay the tint ticket. My old truck had the back windows tinted, every year I had to get them tested and get a special inspection sticker.
