What I want him to say is "our approach to offense must change because it consistently falls short against the better teams in our league."
EVERYYBODY has injuries at that point of the season. The man is clueless.

Actually our fans are. 11 seasons have gone by and you guys still want him to be Spurrier, which he's the complete opposite. He is never candid with the media.

I agree, Williams at FB and Weathersby/Malone at TE/glorified OL. To get your teeth kicked in three times in a row and never try something like this, is a prime example of why many fans believe basic decisions that a top 5 program coach makes are just not being made.
