I don't think you need to be a screamer to be successful. However, I do think you need to have a way to affect your team, to get them to change when they are not doing the right things.

IMHO I think it's CJJ's biggest issue. He just seems to have trouble affecting the team consistently.

I watch other coaches actively signaling their players into the right positions in sets. I can see them doing things to make their players change their play on the spot.

I've seen CJJ do it some, but it's very rare. It just seems to take us longer to adjust to the things we're doing improperly. Longer to right the wrongs.

I want very badly for him to find a way to do this but he's in his 50's now and I think his style and personality is what it is.

But if he could prove me wrong I'd be very happy, I can promise you.
