Never bought the idea of him being the "Bogut" in Gentry's system. Asik in my mind was always about giving Monty and his system the defensive center he pined for and keeping AD healthy with minutes at the 4. Doubling down on a bad acquisition with that contract should be the final nail in Demps tenure imo.

Not going for Greg Monroe was dell's biggest mistake. It's obvious this team makeup doesn't like defense. We could at least give AD a competent big/5 thay can stay on the court to play alongside for the money and pick we gave up for asik and ajinca

Where are all the analytic geniuses that praised Asik and bashed me for questioning his role on the team? I told everybody that we should have never traded for him. Then I said to let him walk and got blasted for that. They all said we couldn't afford anyone else and at least we would have an asset that we can get something back for.. If we have to sweeten the pot just to unload the guy 25 games into his contract, that is just embarrassing..
