Nope, just in favor of there being some consequences that correct the problem (reduced playing time, extra conditioning, etc.) Given the constant recurrence of these events, whatever he is doing (if anything other than "guys, we've got to get this right next time") is not working.

no, I think the way he did it was tasteful. Much better than Dabo Swinney, who eneters the CFP as the #1 seed calling out his punter during a halftime interview.

I don't know how you got that from my post at all that I think players need to be embarrassed.
