Agreed it will be the same speech.

But the uproar for him not speaking was extreme and now that he speaks the classic comments come into play.

Because he and his fat bitch AG are wanting to shred our constitutional rights because the wife was here legally and "vetted" through the same immigration system that's being used for the Syrian refugees. Guess what: the same complaints still apply. The building bad PR is likely the only reason why anything is being said.

He can't wait to stick his toe into developing issues when they can be leveraged to further his agenda, at times speaking hours after the event.

Then something happens that looks from the start as something that can't be used as part of a narrative and he doesn't touch it for days?
