We shouldn't give two fricks has Franks feels. He decommited. If his feelings are hurt because we're actually trying to get another QB now that he's gone then it's just another red flag that should make us stay far, far away. I mean hell he's committed to UF and they're still bringing in Eason.

We not getting Smith. The new head coach for Maryland is killing it so far and I think he has pretty much got Smith. He is also going to make it very hard to flip Haskins. We have Toliver though and that is going to help us with Haskins. I think one of the biggest problems is all these QB's were basically kicked to the curb by Cameron all year. Now Franks drops us and we running back to them. That is a hard sell. You would have to really want to be at LSU to go for that. To me the best play this year assuming we can't get Haskins is to go ahead and offer the kid from Zachery. I know he is short but he is the type of kid we need on the team. If for nothing else to set an example and help push your other QB's. He can play and he is super smart. We need to offer him.

Because he was afraid his boy Franks would up and leave I bet. I know that is his perfect idea of a QB he can mold (Joe Flacco with mobility), but he needs to let it go.
Haskins needs to be in this class.
