Dumbest things you've ever seen an AI do?

I was playing a season of Madden and I decided to watch a CPU-CPU playoff game because I was playing the winner in the next round.
One team had a 34-24 lead late in the game. The other team scored a touchdown with less than a minute to go and used its timeouts on the scoring drive. 34-31, onside kick coming....and they kicked it off normally. Game over

Fallout 4:
Snipe guy in head, take 20% of life away he wanders around but can't see me. Mutters something about hearing things and sits down on the same bench.
Repeat 4 times and he's dead. Each time wanders, mutters and sits on same bench.
