Gruss said Miles was 100% gone...he couldn't believe Alexander pulled the plug on Jimbo deal...
It was going down...
but what we have learned is, done deal is not done until a firing takes place, and you actually see the fax come through on the other side and the plane is being fueled..
This was verbal "done deal"...and if not for leaks, this might have happened...the passion and want for change ruin it

I don't believe for a second there was a Jimbo deal. He may have used it to tease some support out of FSU like Miles did when Arkansas was talking to him, but why would he leave a program where he was a couple of plays away from a chance at a playoff even during a bad year to coach in the SEC West? He's not stupid.
