National audience and LSU's recruits had to enjoy this Saturday night

It wasn't all good, but admit it guys, the atmosphere in Death Valley on Saturday night was electric. Les Miles get's it now, and if LSU get's going next year offensively, you're all in for some damn strong and exciting performances. This Saturday was just a tiny sample of how fun it is when Tiger fans really get into the game.

I'm sorry, but really??? As if the last few years, and certainly the last two, weren't enough??? Come on.

I was there, the atmosphere was not "electric". Probably third best of the year behind Florida and Auburn. The only good "atmosphere" was for Les tipping his hat before the game, and then the postgame.
I don't know, maybe 3 Doors Down was pretty "electric".

Did you even watch the game? The offense was terrible, like always. Like it will be next year. You're delusional.

oh, and if the atmosphere was electric (despite the dreadful offensive performance), it was solely because the fans thought they were saying goodbye to Les.
But now he's back. Although I agree the scene after the game was quite moving, now it just seems so odd, given that he's coming back. Got to be weird for everyone else watching, too.

He wasn't in danger of losing his job then. I also think it will be an eye opener for him.

The crowd was really into this one. The support for Miles definitely had an effect on the game atmosphere.
Of course, some of the posters on this board will be miserable no matter how much fun everyone else is having.

Half the defense is gone. If the offense plays next year like they did Saturday, it's going to be rough.

I dedicate this song to Les Miles and all Tiger fans that still want Miles removed. Just watch it.

Actually, it seems to be the opposite after his press conference. When asked about changing the offense, he said something along the lines of "what changes are needed?? Leonard Fournette is pretty good!"
And then I died a little inside.

First ask yourself, how much does Les Miles enjoy coaching his players and coaching at LSU? On a scale of one to ten, would you say a ten? Now answer the second question, how much do you think almost losing all that Miles loves, affects him moving forward. Wouldn't you think a great deal?
I keep replaying this song, it's a reminder of what Miles and LSU fans nearly lost.

"you're all in for some damn strong and exciting performances."
Oh I dunno... don't you think that would have already began by now?
If this is what it takes for Les Miles to 'get it' then we are really in trouble.

Sometimes in life that's what it takes, I'm not making excuses for Miles, it is what it is, nearly all of us guys have lost or nearly lost the one incredible girlfriend, incredible wife, or incredible job in our lives. Most of us are fricking hard headed, you just hope we learn before it's too late.
