I grew up 5 streets from Bonnabel and family has been there for 51 years.

That corner store was NEVER a Circle K.

It was a Pick-A-Pack, then maybe it was a Little General but NEVER a Circle K.

I call it West End whether it is Pontchartrain Blvd. or W. End Blvd. Because it is the west end of NOLA.

I haven't been to Tony Angelo's in many years, so I don't know if it still exists. I don't drive that way very often.

I grew up laying ball with his son. Malcolm Sr coached my 9-10 baseball team and allstars as well. I was thinking he coached football as well but I think I'm mistaken now.

How the heck that Taco Tico stays open is a mystery to me, been there since at least 1978 , do they sell drugs out the back door ?

It was most definitely a Circle K in the early 90's. It was THE spot for underage kids to hang out & drink beer during parades.
