I have to agree. I thought he would have a fool proof plan in place, but he didn't. Walked the tight rope and fell. Career suicide.

This has been a clusterfrick of epic proportions. Look if you want to keep Les then fine. But you should have made that clear a week ago. To let all of this go on all week to say RIGHT AFTER THE DAMN GAME that he's staying is utter bullshite. Everyone involved in this comes out looking like an idiot. Fire Alleva. Fire fricking all of them.
