Same here.

Fricking media screwed us twice. First by campaigning to get Bama into the 2012 BCSCG and then again tonight by saving Miles' arse. Can't wait to watch Miles squander talent, lose to Bama, and see this crap happen all over again next season.

Everyone Saying they are happy Les is staying is a bandwagon. Everyone wanted Les out 6 hours ago and he pulls out a win and everyone is a Les fan again. This is anarchy.

This makes me want to throw up...... Just so I'm clear are the posi's gonna martyr the lucky mf'er again next year after Less has wasted Leonard's whole career and crushed Brandon Harris' last will to compete?

They better get a new offensive philosophy to go with or we'll be right back at 8-4 not even on the top 25

All the Miles haters can go cry in their beers. Or they could REALLY do the world a favor and jump off the I-10 bridge

Spoken like a true Nazi buffoon. One man is not LSU football, you understand?
Respecting the man Miles, and critiquing the COACH Miles are not mutually exclusive. Idiot.

Alleva is a standup guy for doing the right thing. I knew he was behind Les all along.

Bwahahahahaha!

My Tom Herman info was WAY better than the Jimbo shite.

With that being said, he's been given one more year. More losses than this next year? Hell be gone.

All he got tonight was an extention. You'll know I'm right if Tom Herman stays at Houston.

Keeping Miles with coaching changes is cheaper and now allows him to retire next year or two, break McClendon's record, then pass it it off to someone else.

I didn't think all this was worth 15 million. I would love to see the look on some people's faces.

Maybe the best outcome is for Les to coach next season, retire, and become the AD. I really like Les, even though he infuriates me. We could do a lot worse, and there aren't many men out there as decent as he is.

Les is a great human being, but does not appear to have the cognitive abilities to handle those responsibilities. I wish he coujd. He is a great ambassador for LSU. But anybody with half a brain and not in CLM inner circle can easily see he is not the same COACH as he was 7 years ago. Willful blindness.

Two weeks ago I wanted Les to stay. Now, not firing him today was a disaster. We are replicating what Texas did exactly. We poisoned the well then let him linger- everyone knows now Miles is hanging on by a thread, which will kill recruiting and make it difficult to hire assistants. He'll probably have a good year next season, with an older BH and LF, and a better schedule. Might even beat Bama at home. The season after that is when the recruiting issues start to hit, and by the time he finally gets fired, the cupboard is bare and it's a Charlie Strong situation. If we were gonna make a change and keep rolling, this was our only opportunity. Hope I'm wrong.
