The victim just outed herself on CNN and came forward and spoke about what happened. I'll paraphrase: she got Cosby'd.
Never the less, if Fisher is mad that he now has to go through a deposition and that FSU didn't make it totally go away and the victim not get justice, well that's pretty shitty of him.
FSU couldn't have handled the distraction of an accusation of rape during that title run any better. No reason Fisher should be upset for that. He should be upset that FSU made sure Winston wasn't arrested.

I can see why he's mad. None of that should be on him. The police are the ones who screwed that whole thing up from the start. They told her its a football town and she'd be vilified if she wanted to press charges and then they gathered no evidence at all. Had they done their jobs properly then he would've likely paid for his crime if guilty
